Refund policy
At OMA SEVEN, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials.
How to Start a Return
Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address listed on the shipping package. This is our fulfillment warehouse and they cannot process returns. To initiate a return, please email us at support@oma7ac.tech with your Order Number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with the correct return mailing address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to support@oma7ac.tech within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will gladly ship out a replacement completely free of charge.
